What is Labelme?

Labelme enables humans to teach a computer about an image using various forms of annotation, including shapes (such as polygons, rectangles, lines, and points), labels, groups, text descriptions, and combinations thereof. This human annotation allows a computer to acquire the intelligence necessary to accomplish a task that humans would like a computer to perform as artificial intelligence (AI).
